Our trip to Eagar July 28, 2008

We sure had fun.  We went on a lot of day trips and David and Zachary mostly spent quite a few hours fishing.  We went to the Greer Lakes, Black River, Hannigan's Meadow, Luna Lake, and more.  We sure love spending time with my parents.  We sure do love them and miss them.  I wish they didn't live as far, so that we could visit more often.  

I think one of the favorite places that we went was Black River.  The boys played near the river while we roasted hotdogs and marshmallows.  And they got to help stock the river with fish.

They also liked Hannigan's Meadow.  We went on a little hike there that was right on top of the mountain.  It was so beautiful.  And on our way we stopped at Luna Lake and the boys rented a little boat and went fishing and exploring on the lake.  After all our day trips, we got to go back to Grandma and Grandpa's house and sleep in beds rather than a tent.  That's what I call good camping!

Pack Meeting in July 2008.  Spencer got his Bear badge.  Our boys love to go to Pack meetings.  So far Riley and Spencer love scouting and Zach can't wait till he gets to go to the Wolf den.  Riley just got his First Class ranking in August and is now working on his Life.
